Prompting, Facilitating, and Legitimizing: How Work‐Life Flexibility Policies and Relational Others Shape Boundary Management

open access: yesHuman Resource Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As hybrid working blurs boundaries between work and nonwork, it is critical we understand how these boundaries are negotiated by employees. Hybrid Quatsome‐Encapsulated Silver Nanoparticles as Stable Plasmonic Substrates for Surface‐Enhanced Raman Scattering

open access: yesJournal of Raman Spectroscopy, EarlyView.
In this work, silver nanoparticles encapsulated within quatsome membranes have shown to preserve their plasmonic properties for at least 165 days without aggregation. These hybrid nanostructures enable strong SERS enhancement of pyrene and Prodan by confining the molecules within a few nanometers from the silver surface.

Synthesis of the C15−C35 Northern Hemisphere Subunit of the Chivosazoles

open access: yes, 2016
An advanced C15−C35 subunit of the chivosazole polyene macrolides was prepared in a convergent manner, exploiting boron-mediated aldol reactions for the stereocontrolled construction of the C15−C26 and C27−C35 segments, followed by their Pd/Cu-promoted ...
