One vanishing minor in the neutrino mass matrix
We study a specific texture of the neutrino mass matrix, namely the models with one $2\times 2$ subdeterminant equal to zero. We carry out a complete phenomenological analysis with all possible relevant correlations.

Abstract Introduction Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), a class of petroleum‐derived compounds known for causing cellular damage and for their recalcitrant behavior, severely limit effective biodegradation. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) from oil‐contaminated environments can mitigate PAH‐related stress on host plants, highlighting the ...

Spinal motor neuron pools may be partly driven by impulsive common inputs
Abstract figure legend A schematic overview of the proposed motor neuron drive framework. Unlike the traditionally assumed continuous common input (cCI), we propose that impulsive common inputs (iCI) constitute a key driver of motor neuron (MN) pool activity.

Stability of mixed Nash equilibria in symmetric quantum games
In bi-matrix games the Bishop-Cannings theorem of the classical evolutionary game theory does not permit pure evolutionarily stable strategies (ESSs) when a mixed ESS exists.

ABSTRACT Atmospheric deposition of organic pollutants plays a crucial role in the transport and fate of contaminants in the environment, with implications for ecosystem health and human exposure. Persistent organic pollutants (POPs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and microplastics are increasingly recognized as transboundary threats due to ...

Impact of Terms-of-Trade on Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Croatia in the Short Run
The terms-of-trade shocks are not main source of business cycles in three post-communist countries (i.e., Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Croatia). The zero or negative reactions of the trade balance in terms-of-trade positive shocks in the countries ...

ABSTRACT The Acheulean represents the longest cultural period known to human history, lasting globally for more than 1.75 million years. It may have emerged as early as 1.95 Ma in Africa, spreading throughout much of the continent and then into Eurasia and lasting up to 350–200 ka in western Europe and South Asia, and even later in eastern Asia ...

The classification of two-loop integrand basis in pure four-dimension
In this paper, we have made the attempt to classify the integrand basis of all two-loop diagrams in pure four-dimension space-time. Our classification includes the topology of two-loop diagrams which determines the structure of denominators, and the set ...
