Rational Optimization of Self‐Reporting Alcohol‐Oxidizing RhIII$^{\mathrm{III}}$ Complexes
A series of four different [(NN)Rh(Cp*)X]n+$^{\mathrm{n+}}$ complexes (NN = chelating α$\alpha$‐diimine ligand, Cp* = pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, X = Cl, solvent) are reported which all do possess a colorimetric self‐reporting property upon alcohol oxidation formation of the Rh(I) state.
