Efficient and Durable Semitransparent Perovskite Solar Cells for the Application in 4T Perovskite/c‐Si Tandem Devices

open access: yesProgress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, Volume 34, Issue 7, Page 887-905, July 2026.
We present an optimized fabrication strategy incorporating a solution‐processed SnO2 buffer layer that prevents sputter‐induced damage during TCO deposition, enabling semitransparent perovskite solar cells with 21.87% efficiency, 27.15% in tandem, and exceptional long‐term stability under continuous illumination and outdoor conditions.

The α-chemokine CXCL14 is up-regulated in the sciatic nerve of a mouse model of Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease type 1A and alters myelin gene expression in cultured Schwann cells

open access: yesNeurobiology of Disease, 2009
At present the pathogenesis of CMT1A neuropathy, caused by the overexpression of PMP22, has not yet been entirely understood. The PMP22-overexpressing C61 mutant mouse is a suitable animal model, which mimics the human CMT1A disorder.

Bidentate Hole‐Transporting Materials for Interface Passivation and High‐Efficiency Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesChemSusChem, Volume 19, Issue 11, 15 June 2026.
Novel enol‐centered hole‐transporting materials DKcH, DKPh, and DKTPA are developed with bidentate passivation capability to chelate undercoordinated Pb2+ and I‐ defects at the perovskite interface. The tailored molecular design enables efficient charge extraction, improved film morphology, and enhanced device stability, achieving a high open‐circuit ...

Molecular Passivation with 2‐Aminobenzothiazole Enables Efficient and Stable Ruddlesden–Popper Tin Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesSolar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 11, 15 June 2026.
Using 2‐aminobenzothiazole additive in quasi‐two‐dimensional tin perovskite improved energy‐level alignment of the perovskite layer to match that of other charge transport layers leading to an improved solar cell performance. The additive also inhibitted iodine ion migration and oxidating leading to better solar cell stability.

In‐Situ Solution Complexation for n‐Type Surface‐Energetics Reconstruction in 2.0 eV Ultra‐Wide‐Bandgap Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 44, 1 June 2026.
A reactive in situ solution complexation strategy reconstructs the surface of 2.0 eV ultra‐wide‐bandgap perovskites via proton transfer. This chemical modulation eliminates metallic defects and induces a degenerate‐like n‐type surface, establishing an Ohmic tunneling contact.
