Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的探讨肺癌肿瘤标记物手术前后变化及其临床意义。方法选经手术治疗25例肺癌患者,监测术前和术后第8天的肿瘤标记物CA125、CA153、CEA和AFP、的变化。结果术后CA125、CA153和CEA水平较术前减低,而AFP手术前后变化不大。结论通过监测肿瘤标记物水平改变可以协助肺癌手术疗效的判断,具有简便、经济的特点,在临床中具有一定的价值。
