A Streamlined Protocol for Developing a Clinicopathological Prediction Model for Patient Survival of Post‐Resection of Pancreatic Cancer

We have identified the spatial distribution of MHC‐I, CD4, CD8, CD19, PAK4, and LC3B using multiplex immunostaining. We then combined the data of multiplex immunostaining with clinical pathological data for the software analysis to create a model that can be used to predict the post‐resection survival of pancreatic cancer patients.

CA19-9 PRODUCING GASTRIC CANCER-CASE REPORT-

術前に血中CA19-9が16,000U/mlと異常高値を示したCA19-9産生胃癌の1例を報告する. 症例は68歳, 男性. 検診の上部消化管造影にて異常を指摘され, 当院を受診した. 上部消化管内視鏡検査にて幽門部に2型の腫瘍を認め, 生検にて低分化腺癌と診断し, 幽門側胃切除術を施行した. CA19-9は術後3カ月目に正常化した. リンパ節転移を認め, また腫瘍内のDPD (Dihydropyrimimidine Dehydrogenase) が高値を示したため, 術後補助化学療法としてTS-1®を内服している. 現在術後1年が経過したが, CT, 内視鏡にて再発を認めず, CA19-9の再上昇もなく, 健在である.

横隔膜原発腫瘍は, まれな疾患である.我々は, CA19-9が嚢腫内容液, 末梢血液ともに高値を呈した横隔膜中皮嚢腫を経験したので報告する.症例は72歳男性で, 平成3年2月より右側腹部痛を訴えるようになった.CTにて右上腹部の cysticmass を認め経過観察していたが, 径の増大を認め精査入院となった.入院時現症, 末梢血液像, 一般生化学, 尿所見に異常はなかった.末梢血液中の腫瘍マーカ一はCA19-92.800 U/ml, SPAN-1645 U/ml, CA-50619 U/mlと 高値を呈した.腹部超音波像, CT像, MRI像にて, 右側前外側胸壁に接し, 横隔膜より尾側で胸腔外, 肝外に10×8cm大のcysticmassを認めた.腹腔鏡にて横隔膜由来の嚢腫と確診し ...
