Intratumoral Microbiota in Tumor: Current Understandings and Future Perspectives
Intratumoral bacteria are emerging as active regulators of cancer evolution rather than bystanders. This review outlines how tumor‐resident microbes drive tumor initiation and growth by inducing genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, oncogenic signaling, and chronic inflammation, while promoting metastatic spread via invasion, angiogenesis ...

[A case of lung cancer producing CA19-9 and amylase].
We report a case of lung cancer producing CA19-9 and amylase. A 58-year-old woman was admitted with dry cough and right chest pain. Chest X-ray and CT showed a mass shadow in the right lung field and right pleural effusion. Histological examination of a lung specimen obtained by TBLB and cytological examination of pleural effusion showed adenocarcinoma.

Extraordinarily Elevated Ca19-9 in Benign Conditions: A Case Report and Review of the Literature
Carbohydrate antigen CA19-9 is commonly used in the diagnosis of pancreatic and biliary malignancies. However, increases in its level in benign conditions such as acute cholangitis or pancreatitis have also been reported.

Lateraalivirtausmääritys syöpämerkkiaineelle CA19-9 munasarjasyövän diagnostiikkaan
Munasarjasyöpä on gynekologisista syövistä kolmanneksi yleisin ja toiseksi eniten kuolemaan johtava syöpä. Munasarjasyövän diagnoosi viivästyy usein epämääräisten oireiden ja riittämättömien biomerkkiaineiden takia.
