Brain viral reservoirs were undetectable in neonatal SIV during the first 3 days post infection; antiretroviral therapy (ART) at 3 dpi prevented brain reservoir seeding and normalized metabolic function, highlighting the necessity of very early treatment to protect the developing CNS.

Chromosomal and immune dysregulation underlying granular mitosis in glioblastoma

MAFF Suppresses Necroptosis in Pancreatic Cancer via the GATA4‐MLKL Axis

MAFF promotes pancreatic cancer progression by acting as a transcriptional repressor of the GATA4‐MLKL axis, thereby inhibiting necroptotic cell death. This study identifies the MAFF‐GATA4‐MLKL pathway as a novel therapeutic target and a significant prognostic biomarker for pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
