CAC with Nonlinearly-Constrained Feasibility Regions
IEEE Communications Letters, 2011Two criteria are proposed to characterize and improve suboptimal coordinate-convex (c.c.) policies in Call Admission Control (CAC) problems with nonlinearly-constrained feasibility regions. Then, a structural property of the optimal c.c. policies is derived. This is expressed in terms of constraints on the relative positions of successive corner points.

Cellular Automata Based Cryptosystem (CAC)
2002This paper introduces a Cellular Automata (CA) based symmetric key cryptosystem for block cipher. The scheme named as CAC (Cellular Automata based Cryptosystem) employs a series of transforms - simple, moderately complex, and complex - all generated with different classes of CA.
