試薬のCaCOg粒子がCaCO3微結晶で結合し,モザイク状に配列した球殻を有するCaCO,中空球形粉体について述べる。CaC12溶液中でCaCO3粒子と油(ケロシン)を高速でかきまぜ,CaCO3糧子に被覆された油滴を生成させた。アルカリ性でのCO2との反応により,この溶液からCaCOsを油滴上の粒子間に析出させ,粒子同士を結合させた。その後これを水相から分離し,固体粒子の配列した球殻の内部の油を抜き出すことにより,中空体を調製した.この方法により,粒径1o~20pmの原料粒子を用いて,粒径105-250gmの中空球形粉体を生成レた。SEM像により,この中窒体は原料粒子の単粒子層からなること,またバインダーCaCO3は中窒体の外壁にのみ微結晶として析出し,内壁には析出していないことが明らかになった ...
