C57Bl/6 mice underwent Achilles tendon rupture and repair, then were divided into non‐exercise, Static stretching, and Electrical muscle stimulation groups. After 3 and 5 weeks, ex vivo assessments showed Electrical Muscle Stimulation expedited tendon mechanical properties and muscle strength recovery compared to Static stretching.
