Parameters energy in the industrial production of tannins of Caesalpinia spinosa kuntze (Tara)

For the production of tannins from Caesalpinia spinosa, the optimal values were determined: Raw material / extractant ratio: 1: 3; extraction time of 45 min and a leaching temperature of 70oC; the tannin concentration being evaluated by the modified permanganate method.
