A strongly correlated electron system (SCES) exhibits pronounced insulating behavior due to Coulombic repulsion between cations, which generates a charge gap. This study investigates the tuning of the band structure in NiWO4‐based SCES via Cu doping at substitutional sites and Li doping at interstitial sites.

The Influence of Calcination Temperature on Structural and Optical properties of ZnO-SiO2 Nanocomposite by Simple Thermal Treatment Route [PDF]
This study offers a new method to synthesize facilely willemite (Zn2SiO4) based phosphor at the temperature of 800 °C. The ZnO-SiO2 nanocomposite was calcined at different temperatures between 500 and 1000 °C.

Beneficiation of calcined colemanite tailings
Abstract The tailings produced from the calcination of Bigadic colemanite ore are upgraded by means of a gravity concentration method. The experiments were conducted in two separate fractions. The coarse (−1+0.5 mm) and the fine (−0.5 mm) tailing fractions containing respectively 20.01% and 36.31% B2O3 were treated on a Deister Superduty Diagonal ...

In this work, the tandem catalyst consisted of single Fe atom and Fe3C nanoparticles on porous carbon sheet is initially proposed and developed to facilitate the dissociation of Li(solvent)x+ to release more isolated Li+ to participate in the subsequent polysulfide redox conversions by decreasing the related barriers, contributing to fast kinetics of ...
