Extraction of calcium, oxalate and calcium oxalate crystals from sesame seeds.
ごまを粉砕し,粉砕ごまから沸騰水中に遊離のカルシウム及びシュウ酸を抽出した.又0.1M塩酸中にカルシウム及び全シュウ酸を抽出した.抽出液中のカルシウム及びシュウ酸をAAS及びイオンクロマトグラフィーで測定した.一方,ごまを水と共にミキサーで摩砕し,混合物をビーカーに移し,静置した.沈降したシュウ酸カルシウム結晶をデカンテーション法で上澄み液を注意深く流し出して集めた.ごまの種類によるが,洗いごま100gにつき,遊離のカルシウム70mg,遊離のシュウ酸350mg,全シュウ酸1750mg,シュウ酸カルシウム-水和物2320mgとなり,全カルシウムを1200mgとすればシュウ酸カルシウム以外のカルシウムは565mgとなった.結晶はシュウ酸カルシウム-水和物であり,球形の凝集体をしていた.

This study illustrates the impact of viruses on carbon cycling in soils with different availabilities of carbon. In conditions of low carbon availability, viruses adopt a lysogenic lifestyle, integrate into the host genomes and facilitate the degradation of carbon.
