NF90–NF45 functions as a negative regulator of methyltransferase‐like 3/14 (METTL3/14)‐mediated N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification on primary microRNAs (pri‐miRNAs). NF90–NF45 binds to anti‐oncogenic pri‐miRNAs and inhibits their m6A modification, thereby suppressing the biogenesis of anti‐oncogenic miRNAs.

The magnitude of the effect of calf muscles fatigue on postural control during bipedal quiet standing with vision depends on the eye-visual target distance [PDF]
The purpose of the present experiment was to investigate whether, with vision, the magnitude of the effect of calf muscles fatigue on postural control during bipedal quiet standing depends on the eye-visual target distance.

Cutaneous Melanoma Drives Metabolic Changes in the Aged Bone Marrow Immune Microenvironment
Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, increasingly affects older adults. Our study reveals that melanoma induces changes in iron and lipid levels in the bone marrow, impacting immune cell populations and increasing susceptibility to ferroptosis.

Encapsulated sodium butyrate without or with a botanical extract for transitioning neonatal calves
: Butyrate (C4) is known to enhance ruminal papillae development for transitioning neonatal calves from liquid to dry feed, and botanical extracts (BE) have demonstrated enhanced DMI and improved gut health. The hypothesis was that these additives, based

Characteristic ideals and Selmer groups [PDF]
Let $A$ be an abelian variety defined over a global field $F$ of positive characteristic $p$ and let $\calf/F$ be a $\Z_p^{\N}$-extension, unramified outside a finite set of places of $F$. Assuming that all ramified places are totally ramified, we define

Chronological and Spatial Distribution of Skeletal Muscle Fat Replacement in FHL1‐Related Myopathies
ABSTRACT Objectives Variants in the FHL1 gene cause FHL1‐related myopathies (FHL1‐RMs), a group of neuromuscular disorders with diverse clinical presentations. This study aimed to comprehensively characterize the spatial and temporal patterns of skeletal muscle fat replacement throughout the whole body in FHL1‐RMs, to examine disease progression over ...
