Atmosphere of Callisto [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Geophysical Research: Planets, 2005
During the Galileo flybys of Callisto in 1999, a CO2 atmosphere and an ionosphere were detected. Using the Caltech/Jet Propulsion Laboratory one‐dimensional KINETICS model, we have successfully simulated the observed electron density within a factor of 2, while satisfying the observational constraints on carbon and oxygen atoms.

The formation of the Galilean moons and Titan in the Grand Tack scenario

open access: yes, 2015
In the Grand Tack (GT) scenario for the young solar system, Jupiter formed beyond 3.5 AU from the Sun and migrated as close as 1.5 AU until it encountered an orbital resonance with Saturn.

Geophysical tests for habitability in ice-covered ocean worlds [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Geophysical measurements can reveal the structure of icy ocean worlds and cycling of volatiles. The associated density, temperature, sound speed, and electrical conductivity of such worlds thus characterizes their habitability. To explore the variability

ANÁLISE DE EMISSÕES SOLARES MÉTRICAS COM LENTA TAXA DE DERIVA EM FREQUÊNCIA ASSOCIADAS À EVAPORAÇÃO CROMOSFÉRICA

open access: yesRevista UniVap, 2021

Farmers' participation in European Regional Platforms on Coexistence between People and Large Carnivores: Perceived conflict, stakeholder interaction, and evaluation of participatory processes

open access: yesPeople and Nature, EarlyView.
Abstract Although there have been several initiatives to establish and support participatory processes on large carnivores based on multi‐stakeholder governance at the regional level in Europe, empirical evidence for their evaluation is still lacking. We employed a survey, which was administered to farmers and other stakeholder groups (e.g.
