Growth regulators on callogenesis and rhizogenesis in Eugenia involucrata

open access: yes, 2020

Highly efficient protocol for callogenesis, somagenesis and regeneration of Indica rice plants [PDF]

open access: yesComptes Rendus. Biologies, 2015
In the present study, we have reported a simple, fast and efficient regeneration protocol using mature embryos as explants, and discovered its effective applicability to a range of Indica rice genotypes.

Establishment of a cryopreservation process for long-term storage of embryogenic calli of Hevea brasiliensis (Müll. Arg.). [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
A reliable cryopreservation technique was developed for friable embryogenic callus lines of Hevea brasiliensis. The technique included a callus pre-culture on a maintenance medium containing 1 mM CaCl2 prior to cryopreservation to promote postthaw callus

Thidiazuron-induced shoot organogenesis from mature leaf explants of scented Pelargonium capitatum cultivars [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Shoot organogenesis from mature leaf tissues of two scented Pelargonium capitatum cultivars, ‘Attar of Roses’ and ‘Atomic Snowflake’, grown in the greenhouse, were optimized in the presence of thidiazuron (TDZ).

Effect of growth regulators on micropropagation of Rauvolfia serpentina (L.) Benth [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
An efficient protocol for micropropagation through in vitro culture of Rauvolfia serpentina was standardized. Out of different combination of phytohormone tested, MS media supplemented with 0.5 mg L-1Indole Acetic Acid + 0.5 mg L Nephthalene acetic acid ...

Hormonal regulation for callogenesis and organgenesis of Artemisia absinthium L

open access: yesAfrican Journal of Biotechnology, 2007
Callus cultures were induced from leaf and stem explants of Artemisia absinthium, at different auxin and cytokinin concentrations. Moderate concentrations of growth regulators either in combination or insingle in MS medium produced friable, light green and non-embryogenic callus from both explants.
