Hormonal regulation for callogenesis and organgenesis of Artemisia absinthium L
Callus cultures were induced from leaf and stem explants of Artemisia absinthium, at different auxin and cytokinin concentrations. Moderate concentrations of growth regulators either in combination or insingle in MS medium produced friable, light green and non-embryogenic callus from both explants.

Phenotypic evaluation of scutellum-derived calluses in ‘Indica’ rice cultivars
By using amenable MS based medium containing 4 mg l-1 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), 0.4 mg l-1 benzyl-aminopurine (BAP), 30 g l-1 sucrose, 8 g l-1 Agar-agar, qualitative and quantitative traits of calluses initiated from four genetically and ...

Callogenesis and organogenesis of Lavandula vera DC.
Lavender (Lavandula vera DC) is an important ornamental and aromatic plant. In vitro culture through callogenesis is proposed to be an alternative for vegetative propagation. The effects of different cytokinins were investigated on callogenesis and organogenesis of Lavandula vera.
