Se estudiaron las caracteristicas de la superficie e interfase del tejido epitelio-conjuntivo de la mucosa palatina del paladar duro del Calomys callosus, a traves del microscopio de luz y de la microscopia electronica de barrido. Seis ejemplares fueron fijados en soluciones de Bouin y de Karnovsky modificada.
