Triterpenes of calophyllum inophyllum linn
Tetrahedron, 1967Friedelin (Ia) and three new triterpenes of the friedelin group have been isolated from the leaves of Calophyllum inophyllum. The three new compounds, canophyllal (Ib), canophyllol (Ic) and canophyllic acid (IVa) have been inter-related and their structures established by a direct correlation with oleanenic lactone (XI).

Antimicrobial activity of Calophyllum soulattri
Fitoterapia, 2002The methanol extracts of leaves, root and stem barks of Calophyllum soulattri were partitioned with petrol, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate. The extracts demonstrated a range of antibacterial activity, improved on fractionation. None were found to be active against the moulds.

Cytotoxic coumarins from Calophyllum dispar
Phytochemistry, 2001Six coumarins have been isolated from the fruits and the stem bark of Calophyllum dispar (Clusiaceae). The structures of these minor components were established by means of spectroscopic analysis, including extensive 2D NMR studies. Some of these coumarins exhibited a significant cytotoxic activity against KB cells.

Antiproliferative xanthone derivatives from Calophyllum inophyllum and Calophyllum soulattri.
Pakistan journal of pharmaceutical sciences, 2015Structure-activity relationships of eleven xanthones were comparatively predicted for four cancer cell lines after the compounds were subjected to antiproliferative assay against B-lymphocyte cells (Raji), colon carcinoma cells (LS174T), human neuroblastoma cells (IMR-32) and skin carcinoma cells (SK-MEL-28).

Coumarins from Calophyllum teysmannii
Phytochemistry, 1998Abstract During a chemotaxonomic survey of several Malaysian Calophyllum species, two new coumarins were isolated from the bark of Calophyllum teysmannii var. inophylloide . Structure elucidation of the new coumarins, teysmanones A and B are presented and species varieties are discussed.

A polyisoprenylated ketone from Calophyllum enervosum
Phytochemistry, 2005A polyisoprenylated ketone named enervosanone has been isolated from the stem bark of Calophyllum enervosum together with three known compounds, cambogin, osajaxanthone and epicatechin. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. The antimicrobial evaluations of the isolated compounds were also reported.
