Minor Methylated Pyranoamentoflavones fromCalophyllum venulosum
Natural Product Letters, 2001Two new biflavonoids, pyranoamentoflavone 7-methyl ether (1) and pyranoamentoflavone 4'-methyl ether (2), have been isolated from the leaves of Calophyllum venulosum. The structures of these two new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic data.

A xanthone from Calophyllum inophyllum
Phytochemistry, 1991Abstract A new xanthone, 2-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyl)-1,3,5,6-tetrahydroxyxanthone, was isolated from the heart-wood of Calophyllum inophyllum . Other xanthones present were jacareubin, 6-deoxyjacareubin, 2-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-1,3,5,6-tetrahydroxyxanthone and 2-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-1,3,5-trihydroxyxanthone.
