Separating the Role of Mixing‐Entropy on the Dynamics of Glass‐Forming Liquids

This research innovates by distinguishing entropy’s impact from enthalpy in materials through micro‐alloying. It finds liquid fragility decreases with minimal alloying content or increased element diversity. This clarifies entropy’s role and supports the entropy‐driven glass transition, guiding new material design.
