This study characterized the sex‐dependent hepatic molecular mechanisms of action of dietary cocoa in the context of a high‐fat diet in a mouse model. These findings demonstrate the potential of dietary cocoa as a clinical intervention in managing obesity‐associated fatty liver diseases in both sexes.
