We tested clinically approved HDAC inhibitors—Vorinostat, Romidepsin, Tucidinostat—and the HDAC6/8‐selective MC1568, alone and with Fluconazole. The Fluconazole/MC1568 combination significantly enhanced antifungal activity and reduced biofilm formation.
