Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

Signal Extraction for Brain-Computer Interface
We use Kernel Canonical Correlation Analysis (KCCA) for detecting brain activity in function MRI by learning a semantic representation of fMRI brain scans and their associated time frequency.

Using KCCA for Japanese-English cross-language information retrieval and classification
Kernel Canonical Correlation Analysis (KCCA) is a method of correlating linear relationship between two multidimensional variables in feature space. We applied the KCCA to the Japanese-English cross-language information retrieval and classification.

Cracking the Code: Genotype–Phenotype Correlation Models in Sarcoglycanopathies
ABSTRACT Objective Sarcoglycanopathies are among the most severe limb‐girdle muscular dystrophies (LGMD), though milder presentations have been described. These diseases are primarily caused by missense variants, but the limited predictability of their effect on protein maturation, complex formation, and transport has hindered reliable genotype ...

Nonparametric Canonical Correlation Analysis
Canonical correlation analysis (CCA) is a classical representation learning technique for finding correlated variables in multi-view data. Several nonlinear extensions of the original linear CCA have been proposed, including kernel and deep neural network methods. These approaches seek maximally correlated projections among families of functions, which
