Inhibition of dipeptidyl peptidase 7 impairs lysophagy in LLOMe‐treated HepG2 cells

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
DPP7 inhibition delays ubiquitin‐dependent lysophagy by attenuating ubiquitin accumulation and the recruitment of SQSTM1 and LC3 to damaged lysosomes, resulting in delayed clearance of damaged lysosomes and impaired restoration of lysosomal homeostasis. Created using FigureLabs (Certificate ID: FL‐PUB‐20260922‐Z99XNX).

Convergence in Capacity

open access: yesAnnales de l'Institut Fourier, 2008
We study the relationship between convergence in capacities of plurisubharmonic functions and the convergence of the corresponding complex Monge-Ampère measures. We find one type of convergence of complex Monge-Ampère measures which is essentially equivalent to convergence in the capacity

DNA ligase LigE increases bacterial transformation with damaged extracellular DNA

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The DNA ligase LigE from the naturally competent Gram‐negative bacterium Neisseria gonorrhoaea increases transformation with cut extracellular DNA. This process is ATP‐dependent and relies on the catalytic activity of LigE; it also requires that LigE contains an intact periplasmic localisation sequence, indicating that ligE functions in the periplasm ...

Going viral − Virus‐targeting nanobodies for research, diagnostics and therapy

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The increasing prevalence of viral diseases represents a major threat for global human health. Nanobodies, small binding fragments derived from camelid heavy‐chain antibodies, offer versatile tools for viral research, diagnostics, and antiviral therapy.

Manipulation via capacities revisited

open access: yes
This paper revisits manipulation via capacities in centralized two-sided matching markets. Sönmez (1997) showed that no stable mechanism is non-manipulable via capacities.

Capacity and perimeter from logarithmic fractional Sobolev spaces on Carnot groups

open access: yesAdvances in Nonlinear Analysis
In this paper, we introduce the logarithmic fractional Sobolev space on Carnot groups and investigate the various functional-geometric aspects of the corresponding functional capacity.
