2020 IEEE 9th International Power Electronics and Motion Control Conference (IPEMC2020-ECCE Asia), 2020This paper proposes a submodule (SM) capacitor voltage balancing control scheme for the flying-capacitor modular multilevel converter (FC-MMC), where current sensors are not used.
