Two-stage capillary gas chromatography
Analytica Chimica Acta, 1967Abstract A two-stage capillary gas-chromatographic method has been developed with the aim of obtaining a better separation of the saturated hydrocarbons from petroleum in the C10–C18 molecular weight range. The method should also be applicable to other hydrocarbon fractions and to compounds other than hydrocarbons.

Capillary gas chromatography of s-triazines
Journal of Chromatography A, 1977In order to achieve better resolution and lower detection limits for s-triazines, glass capillary columns made of soft soda-lime glass and etched with gaseous hydrogen chloride have been introduced. Columns with non-polar (OV-101, SE-30) mixed (Carbowax 20M + SE-30) and polar stationary liquids (Carbowax 20M) were used.

Nitrate analysis by capillary gas chromatography
Analytical Biochemistry, 1990A microanalytical gas chromatographic (GC) method for the analysis of nitrate in rat urine is described. The method involves the conversion of nitrate to nitromesitylene and quantitation using 3,4-dimethylnitrobenzene as an internal standard. The nitroaromatics were separated on a wide-bore capillary column and detected with a nitrogen-phosphorus ...

Capillary gas chromatography of n-alkyness
Journal of Chromatography A, 1976Abstract The Kovats retention indices ( I of C 6 C 14 n -alkynes on squalane (SQ), Apiezon L (ApL), polyphenyl ether (PFE) and polyethylene glycol 4000 (PEG) vary relatively slightly with temperature ( T ) in the range 60–190°C. On SQ the I values of internal n -alkynes decrease and on PEG and PFE they increase with increase in T , while 1 ...
