Capillary gas chromatography in cancer research
1987Monitoring of endogenous compounds and xenobiotics including anticancer drugs is of extreme importance in cancer research. The intrOduction of capillary columns allowed selective and sensitive monitoring of anticancer agents in body fluids of cancer patients such as cyclophosphamide and 5-fluorouracil.
