Arsenic Speciation by Capillary Gas-Liquid Chromatography
Journal of Chromatographic Science, 1987Specific environmentally significant arsenic compounds are determined by capillary gas-liquid chromatography. Inorganic (arsenite, arsenate) and organic (monomethylarsonate, dimethylarsinate) arsenicals are measured as the corresponding methylthioglycolate derivatives, which are simultaneously separated on wide-bore borosilicate glass and fused-silica ...

Recognition of Crude Oils by Capillary Gas Chromatography
Nature, 1971IN serious marine accidents involving oil pollution, the source of the oil is usually obvious, but on other occasions the offender often escapes undetected. In this communication, I propose a method of identifying the origin of spilled crude oil using capillary column gas chromatography.

Quantitation of propofol in plasma by capillary gas chromatography
Journal of Chromatography B: Biomedical Sciences and Applications, 1993A rapid, accurate and sensitive gas chromatographic method is described for measuring plasma concentrations of propofol. The technique required only 200 microliters of plasma and a single extraction process, using chloroform containing pentadecane (500 ng/ml) as an internal standard.

Assay of diltiazem and deacetyldiltiazem by capillary gas chromatography
Journal of Chromatography B: Biomedical Sciences and Applications, 1987A highly sensitive gas chromatographic method for the analysis of diltiazem and deacetyldiltiazem in plasma or serum is reported. After silylation with bis (trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide, separation was obtained on a cross-linked fused-silica column and detection was by electron-capture. The minimum measurable concentrations were 3 and 1 ng/ml for

Measurement of Tocainide in Serum by Capillary Gas Chromatography
Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, 1986A rapid and simple analytical method is described for the determination of tocainide in serum using flame ionization capillary gas chromatography. Following a single extraction with chloroform, tocainide is quantitated on an OV-17 bonded fused silica column, utilizing orphenadrine as internal standard.
