Next Generation Reusable Solid Support for Fmoc‐Based Solid‐Phase Synthesis
This study presents an efficient on‐resin cyclic acetal formation strategy for resin reuse in Fmoc‐based SPS. The new single‐step approach avoids on‐resin hydrolysis and achieves near‐quantitative yields with fewer resources and reduced reaction times.

This study not only combines TPU with fish skin gelatin (FSG) and H. perforatum oil (HPO) through emulsion electrospinning for the first time, but also reduces the TPU fiber diameter, which is crucial for enhancing wound healing. Overall results indicate that this combination can enhance wound healing and antimicrobial efficancy, making the resulting ...

This study explores how hard segment content (HS) modulates waterborne polyureathane's (WPU's) dynamic mechanical properties under low/high strain rates. Increasing HS enhances hydrogen bonding and microphase separation, with abundant hard domains acting as physical crosslinks.

This study introduces the first recyclable and reusable resin for Fmoc‐based solid phase synthesis (SPS) of oligamide‐based structures through the regeneration of a cyclic acetal‐based linker on Tentagel resins. Even after multiple recycling and reuse cycles of the solid phase, consistently high yields and high‐purity products are obtained. Abstract In
