Three‐Component 1,2‐Methylamidation of Alkynes via Coordinating Activation Strategy
A copper‐catalyzed three‐component 1,2‐methylamidation of alkynes utilizing a novel coordinating activation strategy has been successfully developed. The selective functionalization of carbon–carbon triple bonds with methyl groups remains a challenging task.

The JNK pathway and oxidative stress are activated, and pro‐inflammatory cytokines are increased in neonatal maternal separation (NMS) rats. While docosahexaenoic acid treatment suppresses the activation of JNK pathway and oxidative stress, and reduces pro‐inflammatory cytokines release, thereby improving autism‐like behavior induced by NMS.

Porous aminated poly(1,2,4‐triazolium) networks carrying varied counter anions were synthesized via solvothermal polymerization of a 1,2,4‐triazolium monomer with divinylbenzene as crosslinker. Their behaviors in CO2 capture and conversion were studied in detail.
