Zinc‐Coordination‐Driven Pyroptosis Nano‐Inductor Sensitizes Colorectal Cancer Chemo‐Immunotherapy by Specific Delivery and Cell Stemness Suppression

CD44‐targeted CNPs co‐deliver Zn2+ and MIT–ALA to CRC cells. Intracellularly, Zn2+ inhibits GLUT1‐dependent glycolysis, and ALA disrupts mitochondrial function, driving metabolic exhaustion in CSCs. This mitochondrial damage primes GSDMD‐mediated pyroptosis, accompanied by the release of pro‐inflammatory cytokines (IL‑1β, IL‑18).
