An immunoregulatory hydrogel based on sodium ascorbate (SA)‐accelerated gelation and in situ self‐mineralization is prepared here. Such a hydrogel is constructed by mixing benzaldehyde‐ and cyanoacetate‐functionalized dextran with silver nitrate (AgNO3) and SA, enabling the ultrafast solidification and in situ self‐mineralization of silver ...

Commercially Available Tin(II) Halides as Catalysts for the Dihydroboration of Carbodiimides [PDF]
Dihydroboration of a variety of carbodiimides using pinacolborane (HBpin) is achieved through commercially available tin(II) halides [SnBr2 (1) and SnCl2 (2)] as catalysts at room temperature (21 °C) with short reaction times (0.13 to 6 h).

A biomimetic artificial extracellular matrix is assembled directly on Pseudomonas fluorescens by co‐assembling amyloid‐like lysozyme and alginate at the cell surface. This conformal nanocoating acts as both a hydration buffer and a physiological priming layer, markedly enhancing desiccation tolerance, seed adhesion, storage stability, and biocontrol ...

Lesion Site‐Targeted Microspheres Modulate Nav1.7‐Related Signaling for Osteoarthritis Treatment
Cartilage‐targeted carbamazepine‐loaded WYRGRL‐modified composite microspheres (CBZ/WCOM) anchor to exposed type II collagen in osteoarthritic lesions and release carbamazepine under acidic conditions. This bind‐then‐release platform modulates Nav1.7‐related sodium signaling, Na⁺/Ca²⁺ exchanger‐associated Ca2+ dynamics, and heat shock protein 70 ...

Pyrolysis of annelated hexa- and heptamethylene-tetrazoles: Formation of 9- and 10-membered cyclic carbodiimides [PDF]
A reinterpretation of the spectroscopic data for the products of flash vacuum pyrolysis (FVP) of 8- and 9-membered polymethylenetetrazoles 1, 3, 5, and 7 with annelated benzene rings indicates that these are not cyanamides 2, 4, 6, and 8, but 9- and 10 ...

Versatile Detection of Cellular Protein via Fluorescence Anisotropy
Cell Lysate Fluorescence Anisotropy (CFAST) utilizes long lifetime dye‐labeled nanobodies for rapid protein quantification in minimally purified, complex cell lysate. When coupled with cellular thermal shift, CFAST allows high‐throughput detection of endogenous protein‐small molecule engagement, facilitating the discovery of novel binders for ...

Rhenium-Catalyzed Synthesis of 1,3-Diiminoisoindolines via Insertion of Carbodiimides into a C–H Bond of Aromatic and Heteroaromatic Imidates [PDF]
The rhenium-catalyzed synthesis of 1,3-diiminoisoindolines and their related compounds from aromatic or heteroaromatic imidates and carbodiimides are reported via C–H bond activation.

This study identifies C4 as a lead inhibitor of the Lpt system. Notably, C4 potentiates colistin activity by disrupting LPS transport and remodeling phospholipid homeostasis, revealing a functional interplay between the Lpt and Mla systems. These findings establish a mechanistic link between Lpt inhibition and membrane lipid remodeling, positioning Lpt–
