The phosphinoboration of carbodiimides, isocyanates, isothiocyanates and CO2 [PDF]
The transition metal-free addition of phosphinoboronate ester Ph2PBpin (pin = 1,2-O2C2Me4) to heterocumulenes including carbodiimides, isocyanates, isothiocyanates and carbon dioxide proceeds with remarkable selectivity to give products in high yield.

A fully synthetic four‐component vaccine has been developed combining Tn antigen, vizantin (Mincle agonist), rhamnose (antibody recruitment), and mannose (CD206 targeting). By synergistically activating Mincle, FcγR, and CD206 pathways, it elicits strong IgG switching and cytotoxic T‐cells, significantly inhibiting tumors in mice.

ROS‐Responsive H2S Hydrogel (HAPPF) Coordinated Regeneration for High‐Quality Diabetic Wound Repair.A self‐regulating dynamic hydrogel is developed to deliver a fluorogenic H2S donor in response to excessive ROS. Released H2S acts as a master regulator to resolve chronic inflammation (M2 polarization), restore VEGF‐driven angiogenesis, and rebalance ...

Population‐scale EDC–hormone association mapping among 4255 participants across demographic subgroups identifies phthalate metabolites as the most consistent signals associated with lower testosterone‐related markers in males. Integrative mechanistic validation prioritizes MCPP as a key phthalate metabolite linked to CYP17A1‐centered disruption of ...

Sydnone photochemistry: Direct observation of earl's bicyclic lactone valence isomers (oxadiazabicyclo[2.1.0] pentanones), formation of carbodiimides, reaction mechanism, and photochromism [PDF]
The matrix photolyses of 3-phenyl-, 3-pyridyl, and 3,4-diphenylsydnones 16, 19, and 22 were investigated by matrixisolation infrared spectroscopy. The formation of the neutral, bicyclic lactone valence isomers postulated by Earl - the oxadiazabicyclo[2.1.

A biomimetic GOx/Arg‐loaded nanoplatform produces nitric oxide through an in situ catalytic cascade reaction, enabling dual‐target metabolic regulation in diabetes‐associated biofilm infections. Bacterial metabolism is disrupted, and macrophage immunometabolism is reprogrammed, resulting in biofilm eradication, immune restoration, and enhanced ...
