open access: yesZhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2010

Characterization of the Thermal Stability of Type I Collagen Extracted From Atlantic Cod (Gadus morhua) Skin

open access: yesChemistry–Methods, Volume 6, Issue 10, October 2026.
Type I collagen extracted from salted Atlantic cod skin is evaluated for thermal stability using complementary structural techniques. The triple‐helical structure remains preserved up to 20°C, while higher temperatures induce progressive denaturation.

Using Synthetic Glycans to Investigate Anti‐Glycan Antibodies and Explore Their Medical Potential

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, Volume 65, Issue 39, 21 September 2026.
Anti‐glycan antibodies are essential in health and disease. Access to novel glycan structures paves the way for progress in antibody profiling for biomarker discovery, antibody development, and vaccine design. We summarize the strategies to synthesize and utilize synthetic glycans for the development and application of anti‐glycan antibodies in basic ...
