ALD‐Assisted VO2 for Memristor Application
This work demonstrates a strategy for depositing VOx using thermal atomic layer deposition (ALD) followed by thermal annealing to synthesize VO2. The thin film and core/shell wire memristors exhibit excellent switching performance and are highly sensitive to ambient temperature.

Herein the metal‐to‐insulator transition is investigated when depositing vanadium dioxide (VO2) on glass or aluminum‐doped zinc oxide (AZO). O2 flow tuning during the deposition and additional post annealing are effective to control the metal‐to‐insulator transition. However, the VO2/AZO/glass stack reveals an increase in the transition temperature and

Carbon dioxide to carbon nanotube scale-up [PDF]
Team C2CNT, or team Carbon dioxide to carbon nanotubes, proprietary technology directly removes the widest range of carbon dioxide from the ecosystem. C2CNT technology simply transforms low to high carbon dioxide into carbon and oxygen, and the carbon produced is permanently removed, that is stable on the order of geologic time frames. C2CNT technology

Dielectric and thermodynamic study of Carbon dioxide (CO$_2$) - methanol (CH$_3$OH) mixture [PDF]
In this paper is calculated and analyzed the dielectric behavior of carbon dioxide - methanol mixture and evaluate how the correct reproduction of the electrical properties of this molecules influences in the mixture of these two substances. A comparison of two carbon dioxide models and three methanol models is made, where the CO2/$\epsilon$ model ...

CARBON DIOXIDE FIXATION BY MICROORGANISMS [PDF]
Resting cells of eleven microorganisms were exposed to radioactive carbon dioxide for 40 minutes. The radioactive compounds formed during this time were separated and identified by paper chromatography. Resting cells of Lactobacillus casei fixed no carbon dioxide and growing cells fixed carbon dioxide primarily in malic and aspartic acids.

Integrating selective RNA shortcut, targeted gene isolation, and micro‐arrayed nanoimaging, the NanoPick‐array platform excels in detecting severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2) at just 60 copies µL−1 and accurately differentiating variants at the single‐nucleotide level. It ensures 100% accuracy for samples with cycle threshold (

Carbon dioxide emission during forest fires ignited by lightning [PDF]
In this paper we developed the model for the carbon dioxide emission from forest fire. The master equation for the spreading of the carbon dioxide to atmosphere is the hyperbolic diffusion equation. In the paper we study forest fire ignited by lightning. In that case the fores fire has the well defined front which propagates with finite velocity.

Carbon Dioxide in the Breath [PDF]
THE presence of 0.06 per cent. of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is held, I believe, to render the air unfit for breathing purposes, whereas 0.03 per cent. may be taken as normal. A consideration of the quantity of this gas which must be continually present in the lungs makes such sensitiveness on their part to appear rather extraordinary.
