Abstract Microalgae oil (MAO), a third‐generation biofuel, can support global transportation fuel demand as a fossil fuel substitute. Schizochytrium sp. MAO is particularly promising for direct use in compression ignition (CI) engines, especially in the marine sector, due to its adaptability and high oil yield.

Additives on the Performance of Co2O3/LaCoO3 Oxygen Carrier in Ethane Chemical Looping to Ethylene
This figure shows the results of CL‐ODH stability tests over ZnO‐Co2O3/LaCoO3. It is shown that ZnO‐Co2O3/LaCoO3 has good performance during 100‐time cycles with ethane conversion of 100% and ethylene selectivity of around 75%. ABSTRACT Chemical looping oxidative dehydrogenation (CL‐ODH) is a promising novel method to convert ethane into higher value ...

In this work, we develop a supramolecular engineering approach by constructing cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6])‐modified copper‐based electrocatalysts. These catalysts create dynamic metal‐organic interfaces that couple captured CO2 with a hydrophobic surface microenvironment, enabling efficient electroreduction of CO2 to CO.

Carbon Monoxide Poisoning [PDF]
CO is an insidious poison with many sources of exposure. CO poisoning produces diverse signs and symptoms, which often are subtle and can be misdiagnosed easily. Failure to diagnose CO poisoning may result insignificant morbidity and mortality and allow continued exposure to a dangerous environment.
