Electrochemical response of oligonucleotides on carbon paste electrode
Bioelectrochemistry, 2007Electrochemical response of synthetic oligonucleotides with different DNA bases sequences was investigated to find relationships between a chain composition and a signal. All DNA mononucleotides present electroactivity at a carbon paste electrode yielding anodic peaks at potentials: 1.00 (GMP), 1.28 (AMP), 1.47 (TMP) and 1.53 V (CMP).

Carbon Nanotube Purification: Preparation and Characterization of Carbon Nanotube Paste Electrodes
Analytical Chemistry, 2003Paste electrodes have been constructed using single-wall carbon nanotubes mixed with mineral oil. The electrochemical behavior of such electrodes prepared with different percentages of carbon nanotubes has been compared with that of graphite paste electrodes and evaluated with respect to the electrochemistry of ferricyanide with cyclic voltammetry ...

A microscopic study on carbon paste electrodes
Electroanalysis, 1996AbstractScanning electron microscopy has been used for observing the surface of several types of carbon paste electrodes in order to reveal the role of both pasting liquid and carbon powder on the formation of the carbon paste structure. The effect of pasting liquid was studied using carbon pastes prepared from RW‐B multicrystalline graphite powder and

Electrooxidation of methadone on carbon paste electrodes
Electrochimica Acta, 1989Abstract The oxidation of methadone on carbon paste electrodes has been studied using voltammetric techniques under semi-infinite linear diffusion and hydrodynamic conditions. A simple “in situ” electrode pretreatment is proposed to obtain a good reproducibility of the current signal.

Hexacyanoferrate‐anion exchanger‐modified carbon paste electrodes
Electroanalysis, 1997AbstractThe preparation of carbon paste electrodes (CPEs) modified with the hexacyanoferrate ion attached to synthetic hydrotalcite, a solid anion exchange resin Wofatit SBW and a liquid anion exchanger tris‐octylamine (TOA) used as pasting liquid, is described. Stability of the electrodes and their electrocatalytic properties were investigated.
