Tumor‐Intrinsic ARHGEF3 Enhances Antitumor Immunity by Promoting T‐Cell Infiltration and Limiting Myeloid Cell‐Mediated Immunosuppression

ARHGEF3 is broadly downregulated across human cancers and correlates with patient prognosis. Tumor‐intrinsic ARHGEF3 activates the RHOA–ROCK–PTEN cascade to inhibit AKT signaling, thereby promoting chemokine‐driven T‐cell infiltration and relieving lipid‐mediated myeloid immunosuppression.

A stable Ti3C2Clx/Ti3ZnC2 heterostructure, fabricated by dynamic etching, exhibits outstanding electrocatalytic NRR activity (NH3 yield: 20.1 µg h−1 mg−1, FE: 38.1%) in alkaline media. Carbonate Nanoparticles Formed by Water–Rock Reactions in Groundwater: Implication of Carbonate Rock Weathering in Carbonate Aquifers

Carbonate rocks are highly reactive and exhibit higher ratios of chemical weathering compared to most other rock types. A chemo-mechanical mechanism, which is particularly effective in groundwater due to higher ion concentrations, is common in fine-grained carbonates at the nanoscale.
