Extending the Technology Acceptance Model to a Circular Economy Context: A Study of Hungary's REpont Deposit‐Refund System

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The aim of the study is to examine the public acceptance of the deposit‐refund system (DRS), introduced in the European Union, through an extended version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research supplemented the classic constructs of TAM (behavioral intension, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use) with environmental ...

Human Agency Drivers for Eco‐Innovation: The Role of Environmental Entrepreneurship Orientation and Green Human Resource Management

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examines how human agency drives eco‐innovation by analyzing the mediating role of green human resource management (HRM) in the relationship between environmental entrepreneurship orientation (EEO) and eco‐innovation. By integrating resource orchestration theory with the Ability–Motivation–Opportunity (AMO) framework, the study ...

Elucidating the Interplay Between Structure and Electrochemical Behavior in Lignin‐Based Polymer Electrolytes for Potassium Batteries

open access: yesBattery Energy, Volume 4, Issue 2, March 2025.
Three biobased membranes are synthesized by crosslinking oxidized Kraft lignin with poly(ethylene glycol) diglycidyl ether of increasing molecular weights. After incorporation of solvated potassium salts, potassium batteries including these biobased gel polymer electrolytes are able to deliver a maximum specific capacity at 0.05 A g−1 as high as 130 ...

Core–Shell Interface Effect for Boosting Selective Oxidation of Methane to Formaldehyde Over Cu/SiO2@TiO2 Catalyst

open access: yesCarbon and Hydrogen, EarlyView.
The core–shell Cu/m‐SiO2@TiO2 catalyst, featuring a tailored Si–O–Ti interface, enables highly dispersed CuOx species and optimized oxygen mobility, thereby significantly enhancing formaldehyde selectivity in the selective oxidation of methane through effectively suppressing overoxidation.
