Electrogram Transition Patterns During Atrial Antitachycardia Pacing‐Mediated Termination
Among 1,641 aATP‐terminated episodes in 38 patients, six electrogram transition patterns were identified. Irregular post‐aATP activity was the most common pattern preceding termination, regardless of pre‐aATP regularity (47% in regular and 63% in irregular pre‐aATP episodes). Episodes with irregular pre‐aATP activity took longer to terminate (median 13

Cardiac Resynchronization as an Enabler of ARNI Efficacy: Insights From a Real‐World Cohort
CRT provides the mechanical substrate that enables sacubitril/valsartan to maximize reverse remodeling. In this real‐world cohort, ARNI therapy was associated with greater improvement in left ventricular function and fewer clinically validated device‐detected HF events, particularly among CRT responders, supporting a synergistic interaction between ...

Postoperative follow‐up for patients with implantable cardioverter‐defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillators (ICD/CRT‐D) is often delayed in remote areas because of geographic barriers and limited healthcare resources, increasing the risk of adverse outcomes. The “Make Changes” study, was a prospective, multicenter, open‐label

In 15 postoperative cardiac surgery patients, venous reactive oxygen species (ROS) measured by electron spin resonance (ESR) over 48 h showed no consistent circadian pattern. Higher ROS was associated with lower subjective sleep efficiency and more nocturnal awakenings, but not with other sleep measures.

QT Interval Evaluation in Right Ventricular Pacing: Validation of a Novel Formula
ABSTRACT Background QT interval measurement in the presence of right ventricular pacing (RVP) represents a clinical challenge. We therefore aimed to derive and validate a formula for QT estimation during RVP in a large cohort of pacemaker patients. Methods and Results We prospectively enrolled 100 patients in a derivation cohort and 487 in a validation
