High expression of miR5700 in atypical type A thymoma and its role in promoting tumour progression
The first discovery of miR5700 in tumour progression: 1. Atypical type A thymoma was the most invasive and metastatic subtype of thymic epithelial tumour, and difficult to diagnose in pathology owing to the scarcity of specific biomarkers and well‐defined molecular targets. 2. miR‐5700 was markedly overexpressed in atypical type A thymoma. 3.
