Objective Individuals with serum elevations of anti–cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti‐CCP) antibodies are at increased risk for future rheumatoid arthritis (RA). No pharmacologic interventions have been approved for the prevention of RA in such at‐risk individuals.

Cardiovascular Abnormalities in Myotonic Dystrophy
Chest, 1973A 44-year-old patient with myotonic dystrophy and cardiac involvement is presented with the unusual feature of persistent atrial flutter for over 34 months. Focal myocardial dysfunction demonstrated by left ventriculography simulated similar findings in ischemic heart disease. Coronary angiography revealed, however, normal coronary arterial tree.
