Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work proposes a reliable strategy to elucidate the structure and composition of conjugated donor‐acceptor block copolymers. The method, based on NMR analysis, allows to extract key structural information such as the number of heterojunctions (NoH) and the number of blocks (NoB) of the copolymers.

Flexible IMU Sensor Array For 3D Colonoscope Shape Reconstruction and AI‐Based Loop Detection
Advanced Science, EarlyView.We propose a sensing platform for 3D visualization of the colonoscope combined with artificial intelligence (AI)‐based loop detection. The system consists of an array of 15 inertial measurement units (IMUs) mounted on a flexible printed circuit board that can be retrofitted into the instrument channel of conventional colonoscopes.

Enhanced Intracellular Stability and Translation Efficiency of mRNA Drugs by a 2‐arm mRNA Platform
Advanced Science, EarlyView.We constructed a 2‐arm mRNA, characterized by a unique topology formed through the dimerization of two mRNA 3’ tails. The 2‐arm mRNA improves 3’ tail stability and resistance to nuclease degradation, resulting in an intracellular half‐life of up to 65 h. This method substantially enhances the translation capacity of mRNA drugs.
