Contrasting Heatwave Regimes in Dry and Humid Subtropical Mexico: A Station‐Based Probabilistic Assessment

Heatwaves have intensified under a warming climate, producing substantial environmental and societal impacts. This study characterizes heatwave regimes in two contrasting regions of Mexico using a percentile‐based threshold and a Poisson distribution framework.
