The article examines the form of legal relationship between the carrier and the passenger, formed at the stage of booking the capacity of the vehicle. It is concluded that the content of such a legal form is the corresponding secondary right of the passenger and the state of bondage of the carrier.

Passenger Density Detection in Railway Carriages

In this study, the goal is to contribute to reducing waiting times and to improve passanger comfort with passenger density estimation using deep learning methods. For this purpose, the YOLOv8 deep learning model was used to detect passenger density in urban rail systems. The model is trained with the CrowdHuman dataset.

Rights of Passengers in Maritime Carriage - European Legislation

The fact that ports in the EU-28 handle almost 400 million maritime passengers a year is the best evidence of the relevance of maritime carriage of passengers in EU. In order to enhance protection and rights of passengers while in transport by sea, EU adopted Regulation 392/2009 and Regulation 1177/2010.
