Diagram of the reprogramming of FA metabolism mediated by LDHC4‐induced ACAA2 activity to promote TNBC progression. LDHC4 drives TNBC progression by enhancing ACAA2‐mediated fatty acid production. The resulting accumulation of FFAs stimulates autophagy and accelerates cell cycle progression, thereby promoting tumor growth.
