Improving High‐Temperature Operational Stability of Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells Through MXene Heat‐Dissipating Layers

MeO‐2PACz‐functionalized MXene nanosheets create a thermally conductive buried interface in inverted perovskite solar cells. The interface improves heat spreading, suppresses defects and ion migration, and strengthens charge extraction, extending T80 at 65°C from 141 to 687 h while maintaining competitive efficiency.
