Catalan, Motzkin, and Riordan numbers
The article presents a unified overview of the Catalan and Motzkin numbers together with a third sequence called Riordan (ring) numbers [see \textit{J. Riordan}, J. Comb. Theory, Ser. A 19, 214-222 (1975; Zbl 0308.05115)], having wide range of applications.

Tableau Cycling and Catalan Numbers
We develop two combinatorial proofs of the fact that certain Young tableaux are counted by the Catalan numbers. The setting is a larger class of tableaux where labels increase along rows without attention to whether labels increase down columns. We define a new operation called tableau cycling. It is used to duplicate the reflection argument attributed

Laser‐Assisted In Situ Fabrication of rGO/Bi2O3 Nanocomposites for Heavy Metal Sensing
Rapid CO2 laser irradiation drives the in situ formation of Bi2O3 nanoplatelets within reduced graphene oxide, yielding flexible, reproducible electrodes with excellent stripping voltammetric performance toward trace heavy metals. ABSTRACT In this work, we introduce a laser‐assisted approach to synthesize reduced graphene oxide/bismuth oxide (III) (rGO/

Polarized neutron powder diffraction is used to qualitatively probe the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of cobalt‐doped ferrite nanoparticles. The analysis of local magnetic susceptibility tensors and magnetization ellipsoids reveals how cobalt incorporation modifies both the magnitude and orientation of anisotropy, providing a new approach to compare ...

Energy Transfer in Nanodroplet‐Based Luminescent Solar Concentrators
We present novel luminescent solar concentrators (LSCs) featuring polymer composites with fluorescent dye‐doped oil nanodroplets. This liquid environment ensures high dye solubility and preserves fluorescence quantum yields, even at high local dye concentrations.

On Gersenne Sequence: A Study of One Family in the Horadam-Type Sequence
This study introduces an innovative approach to Mersenne-type numbers. This paper introduces a new class of numbers, which we call Gersenne numbers. The aim of this paper is to define the Gersenne sequence and to investigate some of their properties ...

Abstract The use of fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) in precast tunnel segments is among the most established and representative applications of this material. Over the past two decades, numerous tunnel linings were constructed with partial or total substitution of conventional steel reinforcement by fibers, this yielding to quantifiable benefits in ...
