ABSTRACT Blood‐based liquid biopsies hold transformative potential for non‐invasive cancer management, but current approaches relying on rare circulating tumor components limit their broad clinical utility. Platelets, abundant in blood and mediating diverse cancer‐associated responses, represent a compelling yet largely unexplored alternative.

SETD1A is a key epigenetic regulator in NPCs during IDD. In normal NPCs, it sustains H3K4me3–HELZ2/PPARα–HIF1α signaling to maintain glycolytic energy metabolism and proliferation. In degenerated NPCs, reduced SETD1A disrupts this axis, impairing glycolysis and accelerating senescence, highlighting a promising therapeutic target for IDD.

The Impact Of Federal Legislation On Governmental And Special Libraries [PDF]
It has become increasingly obvious that libraries today cannot provide adequate service under conditions of local self-sufficiency. A variety of programs are required on the national level which cannot be provided by individual libraries or ...

Sono‐Mechanogenetics: Linking Ultrasound Physics With Cellular Mechanobiology
Sono‐mechanogenetics links ultrasound physics with cellular mechanotransduction to enable noninvasive control of engineered biological systems. Acoustic forces generate distinct deformation modes that activate intracellular signaling pathways, which can be coupled to synthetic gene circuits to regulate diverse cellular functions, including gene ...

Sensing and Filtering Environmental Fluctuations: The Case of Biomolecular Condensates in Plants
The diversity of plant condensates reflects constraints of sessile organisms to coordinate postembryonic development with environmental adaptation. This review examines how plants employ condensates to integrate temperature, light, redox, and nutrient signals.

The New Technology and Competencies for "The Most Typical of the Activities of Libraries": Technical Services [PDF]
At a library conference in 1940, William M. Randall called technical services the "most typical of the activities of libraries" "they are..." he said, "the things which librarians do that no one else does the secrets of the craft." 1 In those ...
